Tuesday night, October 24, 2006, a theatrical one-sheet poster of the 1967 film Casino Royale went for big bucks - $219.10. What is more interesting is that the poster is described as 'lesser' condition than pristine.
Now, in the past this poster barely makes $80.00, and that is in heated bidding.
All I can say is that there are some collectors out there who, with the new film coming out, feel that this poster is worth a great deal more than ever.

This title being given increased status through association to the 'proper' film was always going to happen.
But this aside, I feel that the $100-$200 is actually a reasonable price to expect. I was expecting further increases. Perhaps after the film's release.
The marketing item that is really hitting the ebay buyers right now are the USB flash drives that are 007 logo'd and boxed. These have the notes and a trailer on them but due to packaging and the like, they are going for between
