Am proceeding with the script of ETERNITY CAN WAIT, the first 'chapter' in my JAMES BOND: THE GOLDEN YEARS series ...

It thrusts Bond into 2061 with a time travel plot, two sexy bond girls, a cool villain and amazing gadgets.

And, the Aston Martin DB5 ... need I say more ?

Go to my home page to find out more.

http://www.acs.bolton.ac.uk/~prr1ssc/

I'm looking for someone to do a poster for the movie so if anybody has any contributions, they would be most welcome ...

I'm going to try to write a full length Bond novel, proably set with the current Benson books (possibly later Gardner) involving Bond posing as a scientist involved with designing a missile defense system for Britain who M suspects will be the next in a series of kidnapped scientists. I'm taking the title DownFall, from an earlier Bond project that I never finished.

No idea when it can be expected to be released.

LIVE TO TELL - Screenplay

007 is back in action. Having stopped the sale of a stolen nuclear warhead from a turned Naval Officer, Bond must now recover a prototype torpedo device before it falls into the wrong hands.

All roads lead to an industrialist (and suspected arms dealer) named Hermod. The story takes Bond from the West end of London to the streets of Rome, from the Aztec pyramids of Mexico to an incredible chase down the Sunset strip and finally to the warm waters off the big island of Hawaii.

Along the way, he encounters a former Mossad operative on the run from her own people and Hermod's right hand, Veronique - a gorgeous red head with a penchant for wine goblets. Armed with his skill, wit, PPK and the return of the Bentley, Bond will always "Live to Tell".....or will he?

My novel 'Silvermoon' and been partially scraped, due to some obvious problems since the character 'General Moon' stepped in.

So at the moment im writing a short story based on the From the defection of 'Boris' all the way through to the flat (or should i say 'puncture' :) ) near Dreamy Pines :)

And a Benson era, set to replace SM.

My thoughts on Georgi Koskov is that he should have escaped from the gulag (or is working out of it) and runs the new SMERSH, which has HQ in...the Pentagon! It's a conglomerate between die-hard murderers in the CIA and KGB. Their main interest is destroying the British Empire and becoming the largest spy agency in the world. I'm thinking of basing a few screenplays on this--like the SPECTRE films were to the '60s.

Cool cover, IcePhoenix. Very, err...busty. :)

It's reminiscent of the Japanese poster for On Her Majesty’s Secret Service in the way Bond is hinding behind his gun.

Interesting variation on the title too - Come Hell And
High Water.

I dont now whether to do a screenplay or a short story for my fan fiction. Hear me out, then any suggestions?? There is two i am working on at the moment:

DEATH IS AN ALLY
While escorting a captured criminal to the German secret service, James Bond encounters Lucian Cortez, and is framed for the murder of several key staff members in SIS. Now he is on the run from his own government, and he has only one ally.......

NEVER LIVE TO LOVE
A training mission gone terribly wrong, three dead MI6 agents, and a date missed. It hasn't been a good weekend for 007, but its going to get worse: An ex-lover, with a terrorist organisation behind her has stolen seven British nuclear explosives, and who is assigned to find them? But there is more, along the way Bond discovers something that he has feared all his career, he is a father........

WELL??????????????????

RISICO

when bond is put on the trail of a mysterious villain, the trail leads him to jamaica, where he witnesses a deal between miguel risico and a rogue russian general, on to new york where he must locate a double agent and finally to myanmar where a south american druglord is about to nuke the poppy fields.

teamed up with a rookie sis agent, suzie thrust, indebted to a prostitute, tiffy lunge and aided by the mysterious, solange risico, bond may have found himself out of his depth.

with

PIERCE BROSNAN as Bond

? as TIFFY LUNGE
LIV TYLER as SUZIE THRUST
? as SOLANGE

ODED FEHR as RISICO

( the movie is based on elements of TMWTGG, 007INYC, FAVTAK
and TPOAL. it's an amalgam movie in the same way FYEO was )

Flicka and I are working on something. A teaser for the next BCW. Most of the shots have been storyboarded and we're planning to start shooting before December.

The piece itself will be put together with the original GoldenEye teaser as the model. I've already booked some time on the Avid system.

Expect one great explosion with Flicka and I visibly running for our lives. Also, the Jaguar will be revealed in some amazing road/desert work....

I would say it depends on which Bond world you intend to write in. If you're writing about the cinematic Bond write a screenplay or screen treatment. If you're writing about the literary Bond then write a short story.

New pitch, a new short story, COUNT OF DEATH, a Bodyguard type story. Ten chapters long, an excellent car chase, two sexy Bond girls, a villain stronger and bigger than before and an excellent fight finale. Never Live to Love, the full length script is done! Just a few things to tweek and I'd like any ideas you lot have on the car chase. Please help me! I want it to be original but have a few new ideas and elements never seen before!

Thanks you lot, when great minds get together huh?

By the way, how about these...

THIN ICE
Main character is Joyce Carrington (agent 009, one of Bond's colleagues)
It has something to do with a voodoo-madman in Haiti, a Russian iceskater, and an anthraxbomb.

UNTITLED NEW NOVEL
Again, Joyce Carrington (who is being blackmailed for having an affair with Bond). This one will have something to do with computer-hacking, a nuclear device, and will feature a very cool female Czech agent called Mila Fastrova.

I'm toying with a Bond novel that would be set during the Benson novel era. It's currently titled Sunset Over England, but I have no idea when it'll be finished (or even if it'll be finished).

Rough Plot Teaser (queue cheesy voiceover) :
The disappearance of 003 on what should have been a routine mission forces James Bond into a conflict with a global research corporation, a designer drug with devastating consequences, and a mysterious villain who knows more than he should.

Bond travels from Nevada, through England, India and to the darkest corners of China before finally coming face to face with a plot that could throw England, and the world, into chaos.

Any comments on the plot, title, etc. are more than welcome ... :)

First visit, first post, here goes...

Three stories i've got in the pipeline, detailing the adventures of 005, John Merriet;

Service of the crown
After a string of MI5 agents are killed, SIS is called in to assist. But when 005's partner is killed in action, MI6's newest 00 agent is plunged into a conflict where he must try and save his family, while remaining loyal to the service of the crown.

Zero Hour
After an unkwown force attacks the American heartland, John Merriet is sent to keep an eye on things. As zero hour approaches, 005 must confront his greatest enemy, and the most powerful man on earth.

Hidden Facets
John Merriet believes his life is finally going right when he meets the girl of his dreams, a fellow 00 agent. But when she is murdered by an unkwown assassin, 005 is assigned to track down the killer. As the deathcount increases, Merriet confront his own past, while unmasking the hidden facets of the government he swore to protect.

Service of the crown is currently being entirely re-written and should be finished by the end of the year.

I always think that showing other Double-0 agents in action, or just as background characters, provides a bit more life to the story - Although Bond is the star of the show, its nice to know that he's not alone (within the confines of MI6 anyway) and that other agents are having adventures too.

In my story, Double-0 Three is never actually seen in action but his mission is talked about by Bond and M - The real story is about Bond, Double-0 Three is merely the catalyst.

But I do think it's a fine line between having Bond mention or interact with another Double-0 agent and going one step too far and having Double-0 Three (or whoever) taking over the story (unless that's the intention of the author).

If its done properly, it can be a great touch, if its done too much, the reader more than likely gets bored.
