CHAPTER ONE

Party in Paris

The coloured searchlights, alongside with the beautiful fireworks lit the skies, with joy and happiness, which hopefully to some it would bring for the New Year. The skies in Paris always seem to be beautiful when it was the beginning of a new year.

Millions of people where gathered around the four steel legs that supported one of the worlds most famous landmark, The Eiffel Tower.

The black helicopter hovered over the crowds, who where cheering, and was gathered around the monstrous steel structure. The helicopter was in fact the hideout of a sniper. With in minuets of flying over Paris they had found the target, a red Shelby Cobra, driven by a beautiful Brunette. The sniper looked through the periscope of the rifle, and identified the whoman who was Agent Dominique Paradis who worked for the French Secret Service.

The sniper

CHAPTER TWO

Next Mission.

The full moon sat high up in the cold cloudless, winter night of January and shone brightly on London and the rest of the country. The moonlight shared its glow with the street lights and the lights that came from the windows of the buildings that ran along both sides of the River Thames.

James Bond always thought that staring at the light that reflected of the Thames was as good as staring into the flames and ambers of a camp fire. There was something spiritual about the warmth and the glows that were created by a fire. It was relaxing and sensational, to some it was like meditating.

CHAPTER THREE

Welcome to Salzburg

James Bond bought his head up. He could see his facial features in the mirror. The blue eyes, cruel mouth, the scar that ran down his right cheek and the black coma of hair that hung above his left eye brow. He had just finished washing the remaining shaving gel that was sitting just under the plectrum of his nose. After a black coffee, a cigarette and a shower Bond felt refreshed. Not fresh enough though.

The En suite was quite dark. It didn

CHAPTER FOUR

A walk in the dark

After the Salzburg Nockerln. A light fluffy concoction, consisting mainly of stiffly beaten, sweetened egg-whites that is browned quickly in a hot oven had settled it self in Bonds stomach the waiter then bought the desert that Bond had ordered.

The Koch was made up of sweet heavy cream, aniseed and a stick of cinnamon. Brocken is then added to the cream with a small amount of butter. It also consists of raisins and sultanas. The mixture is stirred until it drops from the spoon. It is then poured into a shallow dish.

After Bond had washed the sweet, but unusual taste out his mouth with fresh spring water, he then placed his fork and spoon in the bowl. He looked at his watch. The dials of the omega showed that the time in Austria was 5.35. He had booked the taxi for 6. That gave him twenty five minuets to get dressed and be ready. With it being a party that he his intending, it

CHAPTER FIVE

The Exchange

After walking in from the cold, the warmth that hung in the Fortress was a relief. The interior changed with in each room of the castle. The walls in the main entrance where of plane white whilst the ceiling was bare oak of dark brown. The trusses and the rafters where all visible to the naked eye. The floor was a typical castle floor made up of black and white tiles forming a large chess board. In rooms with floors like these, Bond would often amuse himself by pointing out the kings, bishops and knights.

The only thing that all the rooms that where open for the party had in common was large portraits hanging from the wall, being lit up with picture lights, and being filled with party guests.

Servants with waistcoats and bow ties where walking with silver trays offering people Riesling Steinmassl, a strong aromatic wine

James Bond took a glass from a tray and held it firmly whilst taking a sip now and again. His mission was to locate the two agents and produce proof of the Missile guidance hardware being given to Drake.

James Bond walked about casually looking for Zo

CHAPTER SIX

In The Shade of the Night

James Bond placed his hand on the cross bar of the emergency exit. More voices could be heard echoing down the passageway. Bond pushed open the door and ran out into the freezing cold. Snow was falling on them both and the moon was high up behind the clouds. With out the thermo suit the cold had struck him hard. The hairs on the back of Zo

CHAPTER SEVEN

Good Instincts

The rooftops of Salzburg where white, and so where the backstreets. The tall trees that surrounded Fetsung Hohensazburg where topped with snow. The night sky had slowly dissolved into the morning sky, and the sun was slowly rising up.

The natural warm glow is what woke Bond up. He gently pulled his arm from underneath Zo

CHAPTER EIGHT

Welcome to Tokyo

THE FLIGHT from Salzburg to Tokyo was long and exhausting. Bond had left Salzburg at 4.30. The time was now 8.58. The sun had set, and the plane was flying over Russia. Bond was laid back in the first class executive leather chair sleeping.

Six hours previously Bond and Zo
