I presume there would be sub-titles for us American viewers?

Dutch subtitles... which I doubt would be of any use to Americans.

Most Bond fans probably know the lines by heart.

I'm getting a little confused here.
Americans are able to understand every movie broadcast in The Netherlands because we don't have Dutch people synchronise the lines (which tends to happen in other European countries, I believe). It's just people talking English with Dutch subtitles for those who don't understand English.
What do the Danish have to do with it?

Would be fun, I can hear him saying it: "Mijn naam is Bond...James Bond"
Who would do the voice-over? Rutger Hauer!
Yeah, they should do that just one movie, just for fun! Haha...
