ShockTroop22 (22 Dec, 2001 10:46 a.m.):
At first i thought it was the Vantage (really i did), but then it came to me was the DB5 around in the 1960's? But thinking back to Austin Powers 2, some time travel may be involved once again. It would be very cool, if we saw a Bond cameo walking down the street and getting into the car though, but i doubt it will happen. Thanks for correcting me.

Isn't it in the background of the "original", i.e. the opening to Austin Powers: Int'l M of M?

Pretty sure it was.

I saw this teaser on FOTR's opening night. Fat Bastard seems as disgusting as ever. I hope the entire movie won't be made with midgets (I'm sure it won't).

Dave, the Austin Powers trailer is great. I downloaded it as an MPEG from PocketMovies.Net, Is it the full trailer or just a teaser? I reccomend it to any Goldfinger fans. (ie Everyone)

It's great how they've done the credits just like Goldfinger - sooo funny!

Did you spot the blue Aston Martin DB5? (atleast i think it was a DB5, none the less it was an Aston Martin though.)
Austin Powers, Star Wars and Bond movies coming out in 2002, i cant wait.

Just as the marching band appears, and before the narrator says: "if there is one film you see this summer..."
The dark blue Aston Martin is parked on the side of the road.

Well, I went to see Lord Of The Rings last night (it was great!) and the trailer was on beforehand. It seemed to be a blue Aston Martin DB5 - well spotted there shocktroop.

Would Aston Martin sign a deal with both Bond and Powers in 2002? Something tells me they wouldn't be able to.
