After seeing 'Casino Royale', 'Operation Kid Brother', The Return of the Man from U.N.C.L.E.', 'Spy Hard' and the Austin Powers movies, I have to say I've become very fond of Bond-ripp offs.
But did you ever saw the title credits of Spy Hard? It's a brutal copy of Thunderball. There were no complainings of MGM/UA. So I don't know were the line should be drawn with those Bond ripp-offs. I know that MGM/UA was very much worried about many of these ripp offs, but I don't see any basis to sue the name of 'Goldmember'.
But MGM/UA didn't said much about the title credits of Spy Hard. But nevertheless, I like the score of Bill Conti in Spy Hard!
