Live And Let Die (1973):
- New Orleans, Louisiana, USA
- A singer performed the title song of the film in a bar/club setting in New Orleans.
- "Main Villain" kills three 00 Agent's. (In EoN, only 003 is killed.)
The Spy Who Loved Me (1977):
- Egypt, Africa
- Bond visits the ancient pyramids.
- Jaws (Richard Kiel)
Moonraker (1979):
- Jaws (Richard Kiel)
- Bond works with a female American agent.
For Your Eyes Only (1981):
- Bond visits a graveyard.
- Bond steals and flies a helicopter.
Octopussy (1983):
- A 00 Agent is killed during a mission.
A View To A Kill (1985):
- Max Zorin
- 003 is killed while on a mission.
- Bond visits a mine shaft.
- The "Bond Girl" is a geologist.
Tell me if you find any more similarities so that I can add them to the list.

Most of the developers were probably raised on the Moore era, and the over the top characters and plots do lend themselves to games quite easily.
