Can I change my name to:

Eco Agent (BR007)

Without losing my rank or posts?

Thank you so much. :(

Because you have so much history in the CBn forums you can only have grammatical changes made. IE: "Bond Rules".

It's Ok, I'll stay with my current user name.

I see what you are saying. It can't be changed so radically b/c I just joined this year. I didn't know about those perks. Personally, the reason I was asking for an exception is b/c this (CBn) is my first time in an online community. I joined b/c I was working as an extra en Feb. on the set, and I just wanted to clear the air on the rumors of gang attacks, etc. on the set. But I liked it here, that I decided to stay. And I really despise my screename. I chose the most random name I could think of. That's why. But rules are rules, so it's no biggie. :(

In the future, how many years and posts do I need to request such a change?

Thanks anyway.

Sorry to bother.

:)

The more posts you make and more years you appear on these forums there's less of a chance than now in getting a name change. :(

Heiko pointed me to The Admiral and Mr. Asterix for a bit of help on this matter. I am trying to change my user name from Eric Stromberg to simply Stromberg. Can you guys do this for me?
Thx

We already have a ‘Stromberg’. It’s Heiko, in fact. We can’t have two users with the same name. Sorry.

I personally like the username Eric Stromberg. You could pretend that you're a relative of Karl.

I would be interested in a name change as well. This name tends to be my default on whatever online forums I join...but I've started shifting away from it and would love to make a name a bit more "Bondian"

But if it would be too much trouble to do a complete name change I understand completely. B)

I think 'staveoffzombies' is a great name and, indeed, life philosophy.

Would It be possible, to have my name changed to 'Mharkin.' without the 007. I think that the 007 is merely just there for decoration.

It needs to be given a reboot, and stripped back to basics.

My present username is too long, and it appears as Commander James ... as opposed to Commander James Bond when I post. So would it be possible to change it to CJB?

CBN staff: Can I change my user name from "Slightly Shaken" to "Shaken, Not Stirred" ?
It was my user name on MI6 and I'd rather use that one since I'll be sticking around here.

Well, I was able to tell you that that one version of the name was already taken which wasn't very difficult.
But I haven't got he ability to do the change - this is The Admiral's job.
