I'm just wondering if it is possible to alter a username but still retain the postcounts, profile info etc. For example, if I wanted to remove the underscores and 007 portion of my username yet keep my account intact, would that be possible?

Brix.

It should be.

But it might be troublesome.

What's the devine reason? (Important bit for motivation!)

(EDIT)

Oh look, 500 posts too. Have a nice day.

I'm sure that's possible Brix_Bond_007.

As long as the name change is a grammatical one and not a complete change of name altogether.

So, you would like your member name to read just Brix Bond?

I would, very much so. But would my account suffer as a result? If not, then I would be very happy for the change to 'Brix Bond'. Thank you very much for your help.

I'm pretty sure your account will not be affected, Brix.

I guess your sig will become outdated as a result of the name change?

Well, means I'll need to get the camera out and start taking photos of Lego again. Any excuse. Think I might have a different Legoman for each Bond graduating from Sean to Pierce and maybe pop some Legowomen in there as well. Oh the excitement. It already feels a bit outdated though by the new staff signatures though.

It seems you're pretty Photoshop savvy already, BriX. But if you'd like me to make your new sig when the time comes, I'd be happy to (send me your lego pics and all). Let me know :)

Just to clarify things here, complete name changes are not alowed but we'll be able to make minor grammatical changes such as adding space between words, capitalisation of first letters of words, deletion of underscores between words, etc.

If that is the case:

May I please have the "J" in my name capitalized?

Yes, do Brix's change first.

That is, if you do any at all.

I don't believe I elaborated as well as I could have. In fact I didn't at all. Names will be changed (purely for aesthetic reasons, not complete changed of ID), but you must understand that we're not going to relish the task of every member asking for nips and tucks.

Personally, I'd like to get rid of the 'Boy007' at the end of my name, and just be plain old Dunph.

Dave, I think Darren wants to change his name completely, but was disapointed after reading that members can only alter their existing one.
