Well what i think are the hardest mission are the stealth mission. I used to play this game, but I haven't played it in alll long time, because its not that much of an addicative game, and I am cheap, so I never had a memory for my N64. I remember their was one level where you have to track down Davidov, take pictures, disable secutiry cameras, and get unnoticed by the guards. It was a tough mission. But definelty a crappy game.

I quit playing videogames a while ago, but If I remember back, I really hated the level 'Turncoat' in the game The World Is Not Enough.

The hardest PSX level was probably Nightwatch. The hardest N64 level was probably A Sinking Feeling or Meltdown.

IMO the hardest level on N64 is the night time one (where you have to bug phones and stuff) and the very last level on the PS version. Still haven't completed it.

I hated that level "A Sinking Feeling" on n64 where you haf to swim to Renard and avert a nuclear war. God, that was a queer mission. And even killing Renard is queer, why cannot you go in combat with him, and take him down. And even leavin the submarine is queer, gosh this game is queer.

City of Walkways is set at the Caviar Factory but is really tricky and unexciting. It takes a while to do and it's one of the longer levels in the game and is quite annoying. I would always get so far and then get to a point where you have to walk along a pipe. I'd either get shot by the chopper or fall into the water. That always bugged me a lot.

I think the hardest level was the second to last one of Tomorrow Never Dies. I still haven't passed it, because I take too much damage and end up dying. B)

Of TWINE for PS1? well, Nightwatch, Masquerade, Flashpoint and Fallen Angel were difficult.

Oh, the memories. 2003...sigh...have to agree that the last level of TWINE was pretty rough (though I haven't touched it in about 8-10 years).

twine was worthy successor to golden eye and was quite fun

I particularly hated city of walkways 2 with the dam helicopter. Is there some unwritten rule every bond game must have a helicopter boss. Goldeneye didn't have that (though control was a hard hard level)

The World Is Not Enough (Nintendo 64)

By far the hardest level was Nightwatch. The level of stealth required alone in order to not fail the mission was really tricky. Meltdown was confusing but once you understood how the underwater part worked it really wasn't a tricky mission. Only five enemies (if that) in the whole level.

The World Is Not Enough (Playstation)

The casino mission was hardest, and I'm not joking. I never once won the damn card game! Aside from that, Nightwatch, though I could actually beat that one! If it wasn't for cheats I never would have passed the casino.

GoldenEye 64:

Bunker 2: LOTS, LOTS and LOTS of Soldiers!!!!
Jungle: [censored]ing hard! Those dammit drone guns! And you kept lost all the time, plus you can't see anything in that setting!
Control: Protecting Natalya was difficult, but I finnaly managed!

Now trying in Secret Agent to unlock Aztec.

The last level of Everything or Nothing is a real pain. Come to think of it, the entire last third of that game is pretty ridiculous. Genuinely challenging, and seldom in a fun way.

Man its been years since I played GE and TWINE on the N64. Good times.

But TWINE wasn't particularly hard game to play, I don't remember having trouble on any of the levels.

GE, on the other hand, was tricky. "Jungle" and the "Control" were difficult. The "Silo" mission surprisingly took me a couple times to beat it.

TWINE 64: Nightwatch. I did beat the time trial after about 20 attempts. Not being able to kill anyone while simultaneously avoiding Gabor made it a pain. It was my favorite level though, in the sense that it's the level that felt the most Bondian. And I loved the music, I believe it's the only level in the game that had the Bond theme in it.

GoldenEye64: Control is normally the hardest, but for some reason on 00 agent, Train is. Mainly beacuse you don't get the RCP-90

Out of the Pre-PS2/GC/XBOX games:

Probably, Aztec Complex from GoldenEye. You start the level with a PP7 (PPK) and immediately (and throughout the whole level) are surrounded by several guards w/ AR33 Assault Rifles and Drone guns. Try this level on the "007" difficulty....wow.

The Train (GoldenEye) caused me many problems as well. The level itself is actually quite easy, the ending where you have to shoot Ouromov as soon as the door opens was problematic on 00 Agent and 007 difficulties. You have so little time to shoot and a lot of times my aim was slightly off and I'd either miss completely or shoot Natalya.

Tomorrow Never Dies is disqualified b/c the game is so poorly programmed and designed (though it does hold a small amount of nostalgic value for me) that it's not even any fun w/o using cheats. This game does have some pretty odd cheats like removing objects, walking through walls, etc.

The World is Not Enough (N64 version), there were some levels I had to repeat at first, but never had too much trouble w/ any one level.

Really? I found that really easy. It's quite simple! Get to 21 with the cards, hit gives you another card, and stick lets you stay with the ones you have. If you get over 21 you're bust. Simple. I loved that level though.

Anyway, I always found the latter half of the Nightwatch level hard on The World Is Not Enough for N64. I could never get over that damn bridge. Also, the final level of BloodStone is rather tough, too. Trying to get to Rac whilst avoiding loads of gunfire from his plane. A bloody pain.

See I really don't find Nightwatch to be that difficult. It's actually my favorite level in the game. What I will say is that the last level is a bit of a let down, as it's pretty much just navigating a maze and pressing a button. TWINE is a very solid FPS though, albeit a direct GE clone.

Aztec from GE 64 is really tough! I have beaten it in Agent with a lot of difficulty, but in Secret Agent it's like hell! The hardest part is that courtyard you get, which is full of drone guns and Laser guards! And Jaws is hard to beat too! Oh, and don't froget the grenades!
